The Two-Hour Content System
Here's the system we teach in our AI Business Accelerator course:
Step 1: The Brain Dump (20 minutes)
Once a week, spend 20 minutes talking to Claude about your business. What questions did clients ask this week? What problems did you solve? What insights did you have? Just talk. Let AI capture and organize it.
Step 2: Content Extraction (15 minutes)
Ask Claude to identify the top 5 content ideas from your brain dump. For each one, have it write a one-sentence hook, a three-point outline, and a call to action.
Step 3: Batch Production (60 minutes)
Use those outlines to produce your content. One long-form piece (blog post or newsletter), five LinkedIn posts, ten tweets or short-form posts. Claude drafts, you edit and add your voice.
Step 4: Schedule (15 minutes)
Load everything into Buffer or your scheduling tool of choice. Done.
The Output
Two hours of focused work produces:
- 1 blog post or newsletter
- 5 LinkedIn posts
- 10 short-form posts
- 1 email to your list
That's a full week of content. Every week. Without burning out.
